Information subject to the Securities Listing Regulations will be registered with the Tokyo Stock Exchange via the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet) and promptly posted on our website. In addition, we will also disclose on our website other useful information that facilitates a better understanding of the Company.

- Quiet period
In order to prevent account settlement information from leaking and to ensure fairness, we have established a quiet period of approximately one month before the announcement of results, in which we refrain from answering questions about account settlement and earnings forecasts.
