Inspection of semiconductor/electrical devicesAF type

This is an anisotropic conductive sheet with conductive carbon fibers aligned in the direction of the insulating silicone thickness. Due to its extreme thinness the sheet can connect to an opposite electrode with no open areas, the punching process giving it its free form.
