Therefore, it is hard to attach a crack in each process. Also it is
the excellent film that is able to maintain the gloss surface after
injection molding.
The decoration by insertion molding is able to correspond to the complicated
three-dimensional form ,and it adapt even to the small volume. |

[LCS System]
The LCS system si a double belt press continuous processing system
that replaces a multiple-step press. Using this system, a single
layer of plastic sheeting, mainly made from heat plasticity resin,
and multiple layers of product material are placed between steel
belts and vertically arrabged in sets of two, to witch a mirror
side finishing is applied. They are then heats and stably refrigerated
under continuous pressure over a short period of time. |
